needCalculateTooltip

boolean needCalculateTooltip()

Returns `true` if `Crumb.getTooltip()` is slow and ready to be called in ReadAction on the pool thread. After the first non-canceled call of the `Crumb.getTooltip()`, must return `false` to avoid postponed execution.
